Dr. Brandon Smith, MD completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Arizona after earning a B.S. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Rhodes College and an M.D. from the University of Tennessee. Seeing the limits of one-size-fits-all care, he expanded into integrative, functional, and culinary medicine to address root causes — especially metabolic dysfunction. His approach blends nutrition, exercise physiology, sleep, stress, and the best of modern science to prevent disease and restore balance. Dr. Smith’s goal is simple: give you clear, personalized strategies to feel better now and protect your long-term health.
