Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 2026
THESE TERMS OF USE (THESE “TERMS”) REPRESENT AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SCHOOL OF WELLNESS, INC. (“WE,” “US,” OR “TSOW”) AND GOVERN YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITES AND ANY OTHER SITES CREATED BY US FROM TIME TO TIME (THE “SITES”) AND ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE BY MEANS OF ANY OF THE SITES (THE “PRODUCTS”). WE REFER TO THE SITES AND THE PRODUCTS COLLECTIVELY IN THESE TERMS AS THE “SERVICES.” BY USING ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS.
1. SERVICES
TSOW grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-assignable, revocable license to use the Services, including the Products (subject to payment, where applicable), for your personal use only, in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights that we do not expressly grant in these Terms. We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Without limitation of any of our other rights or remedies at law, in equity or under these Terms, we may terminate your license to use the Services, in whole or in part, including your right to use any Products, without providing any refund and without canceling your obligation to make installment payments where applicable, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached or violated any of the provisions of these Terms.
2. EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY; NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The Services are provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. None of the information provided in connection with the Services shall be construed to constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal, financial, accounting or other professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or healthcare service.
Any doctors, healthcare professionals, practitioners, educators, contributors, or guest experts appearing within TSOW content are providing general educational information only and are not acting as your personal healthcare provider. Your use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient, practitioner-client, therapist-client, or other healthcare provider relationship with TSOW or any contributor appearing within the Services.
You should consult with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before making decisions regarding your health, medications, supplements, nutrition, exercise, symptoms, medical conditions, or treatment plans. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services in your local area immediately.
3. REGISTRATION
In order to use certain features of the Website, you may be required to create and register an account (“Account”). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your Account up-to-date at all times. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your Account and password, as well as for its use and misuse. You must promptly inform us of any need to deactivate your Account, including if you become aware that your Account is compromised or being used without your authorization. You are liable for any and all activities conducted through your Account that, if undertaken by you, would be deemed a violation of these Terms. We have the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, with or without providing a refund of amounts paid by you, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms. You should use particular caution when accessing your Account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.
4. BILLING
If you create an Account that requires a subscription or other form of payment (“Fees”), we will automatically bill you from the date you open the account based on the plan you choose, and continue to bill you accordingly until cancellation or termination, including any final billing period based on the timing of such cancellation or termination. You are responsible for the timely payment of all Fees and for providing valid credit card or payment account details for payment of all Fees. If there are any payment issues related to Fees due, we reserve the right to unilaterally revoke or restrict access to your Account, or terminate your Account. If you want to designate a different credit card or payment account or if there is a change in your credit card or payment account status, you must update your information directly with the payment processor; this may temporarily disrupt your access to the Website while we verify your new payment information. All Fees are payable in U.S. Dollars, unless otherwise specified. We may change the Fees for any Website (excluding pre-paid plans for the pre-paid billing period) or for any Product or Services at our discretion. We will endeavor to provide you with advance notice of these changes via a message to the email address associated with your Account, provided, however, any failure to provide advance notice shall not prevent any such changes.
Payment plans are fixed financial commitments and are not cancellable subscriptions. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the entire cost of the selected Product or program in installments. You remain responsible for the full balance regardless of usage, participation, completion, dissatisfaction, or voluntary discontinuation. In the event of any refusal of your chosen method of payment for any reason whatsoever when an installment becomes due, you agree to promptly pay TSOW such amounts, and TSOW reserves the right to demand immediate payment of all unpaid amounts, including the balance outstanding for the selected Product or program. In the event of any non-payment, you further agree to pay all costs of collection, including non-sufficient funds fees, default fees, credit card or payment processor fees, or legal fees incurred by TSOW on any outstanding balance, and TSOW may immediately suspend or terminate this agreement and your access to its Products or assign your account and this agreement to a collections agency.
5. FREE TRIAL AND RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION
Usage of the free trial is only permitted on a one time use basis for each individual (the “Free Trial”). At the time of granting the Free Trial, you may be required to select a payment option and billing frequency for a recurring subscription that is effective and which shall auto-renew unless it is cancelled by you prior to your current term, subject to any other terms provided at the time of initial subscription.
Each individual is entitled to one Free Trial and shall not be permitted to obtain more than one Free Trial through any means whatsoever. If you enroll in the Free Trial using multiple Accounts or if we otherwise suspect that you have circumvented these rules, then we reserve the right to revoke or restrict access to all your Account(s) or to terminate all your Account(s). Once the period of your Free Trial ends, you will be automatically charged the amount that was agreed upon checkout. If you agreed to pay a recurring amount, then your payments will continue as long as you are subscribed.
6. REFUNDS
Unless otherwise stated, each Product has a 7-day refund policy, wherein you are eligible to receive a refund on a Product if a refund request is submitted to Us within 7 days of your Purchase. You agree that TSOW shall not be obligated to provide refunds requested outside of the above time period. Some of the Products sold by Us on this Site may have their own distinctive refund policy noted on the sales page and/or check-out page, in which case those terms shall prevail. If you have questions about a specific policy, please email us at support@schoolofwellness.com before you purchase.
Within the 7-day refund period, refund eligibility is contingent upon limited use of the Product. You will not be eligible for a refund if you have materially accessed or consumed the educational value or intellectual property of the Product, including but not limited to accessing or viewing more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course content, downloading course materials including PDFs, workbooks, guides, or resources, completing modules, exercises, quizzes, or program components, logging into the platform multiple times and engaging with core Product materials, or otherwise substantially consuming the Product content. Such actions constitute receipt of the core educational value and proprietary intellectual property of the Product and may immediately void eligibility for a refund.
TSOW reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on platform usage data, engagement metrics, login records, content access history, download activity, and other relevant account information. If you receive a refund for a Product, you will have no further right to use that Product. For the avoidance of doubt, unless you are eligible to receive a refund, as provided herein, your obligation to continue to make all installment payments with respect to a purchase shall remain in effect, notwithstanding the cancellation or termination of the applicable license for such Product.
7. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
By enrolling in a Product or purchasing any TSOW Product, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for any valid charges made in accordance with these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, you remain responsible for the full Product balance; your access to all Product materials may be immediately revoked; TSOW reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through collections or legal means; and you agree to reimburse any fees incurred by TSOW as a result of the dispute, including chargeback fees, payment processor fees, collection costs, and legal fees. Before initiating any payment dispute, you agree to contact us at support@schoolofwellness.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly.
8. YOUR CONTENT
We may provide the opportunity for you to provide content or materials (“Your Content”) by means of the Services, including by commenting on blog posts, by communicating with us directly, including your active video involvement through Zoom or other video-based webinar platforms for which you may be visible throughout the course session, or through other forums. You grant to us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, assignable, transferrable, right and license to reproduce, display, perform, transmit, modify, publish, create derivative works from and otherwise use Your Content in any formats or media (including recording of the above noted video-based course sessions) now known or hereafter devised, in connection with our provision or promotion of information products or services. You further acknowledge and agree that by enrolling in and taking any course(s), that your video image and likeness, name and involvement in any manner may be captured and subsequently displayed within our video library.

TSOW Community Guidelines
Introduction
By joining The School of Wellness ("TSOW"), you agree to abide by following TSOW community terms and conditions.
1. Disclaimer and agreement
TSOW and all related parties/individuals, including officers, directors, facilitators and mediators are released from any form of liability that may arise as a consequence of you joining and/or participating in this group.
With any online service, there is some level of risk when communicating information over the Internet and the user assumes any responsibility for any information that they may enter during their chat sessions. You agree to assume the risk of accessing and using this service.
By agreeing to use this support group and the specific interface in which it is operated you further agree to the terms of the TSOW website.
This group and the conversations within are voluntary and are not a substitute for medical care, psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment and counselling services. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local help line, healthcare provider, or emergency services immediately.
The services made available through the Platform, including classes, courses, webinars, group sessions, and community features, are intended solely for education, personal development, wellness education, relationship skills training, and general informational purposes.
By using the Platform and/or purchasing any services, you acknowledge and agree that, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the individuals providing services through the Platform are acting solely in the capacity of educators, contributors, practitioners, and coaches and are not acting as your licensed mental health counselor, psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, marriage and family therapist, physician, nutritionist, or other licensed healthcare provider through the Platform.
You further acknowledge and agree that the Platform’s services do not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, behavioral health treatment, diagnosis, medical advice, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or any other regulated healthcare service. The Platform does not provide emergency services and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, or crisis services.
The Platform and its contributors do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health, psychiatric, or medical condition. If you are experiencing depression, trauma-related symptoms, suicidal thoughts, abuse, domestic violence, substance dependence, or any mental health or medical concern requiring clinical care, you should promptly contact an appropriately licensed professional or emergency services in your local area.
By participating in services through the Platform, you understand that the Services are educational in nature and do not establish a therapist-patient, counselor-client, doctor-patient, practitioner-client, or other licensed healthcare provider-patient relationship. You agree that you are voluntarily participating for personal growth, wellness education, accountability, and skills development.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine that services are not appropriate for a particular individual or situation and to suspend, decline, or terminate services, including where we believe a participant would be better served by a licensed mental health professional, medical provider, emergency resource, or other appropriate service.
TSOW is not responsible for private messages that are pursued outside of the moderated spaces; the user is responsible for blocking or discontinuing communication with any parties who they may partake in private, unmoderated conversations with outside of the scope of TSOW that they no longer wish to communicate with. Further, you are responsible for the information that you choose to share within this setting. We request that you do not share any information which is not about yourself or which identifies another party for whom has not accepted these terms and consent to the release of information related to them.
2. Conduct
a. Seek to understand
Please be kind to all members and share feedback from a thoughtful place. We would please ask that as this is intended to be a safe environment that you give your fellow group members the benefit of the doubt when their comments don’t sit well with you and refrain from responding in a defensive way that may derail constructive conversation. Seek to understand, to find the meaning behind people's actions, and the opportunity for deeper awareness and healing. We are a large community with various perspectives, backgrounds, experiences and beliefs so it is important to be mindful of this while communicating. The common denominator is that we are all here for growth and personal empowerment, but that empowerment should not come at the cost of another person within the larger community.
b. Posting
Be a responsible reader. Make sure you are responding to the question that’s being asked, if you so choose, as there is no obligation to respond, or ask for clarity if you are unsure of the intent behind another participant’s question. Read some of the comments that were made before yours, so you know whether you are reinforcing an existing sentiment or adding new knowledge to the thread.
Stay on topic. The projects on this website have been created for a specific purpose. Please stay within the boundaries of the subject matter.
c. Disagreements
Be constructive. It's okay to disagree with other forum participants, but we do not condone shaming others for their views or choices and encourage respectful dialogue that involves embracing complexity and nuance instead of black and white thinking. It is important to keep the discussion focused on the issues rather than letting it deteriorate into personal directed statements, insults, attacks or judgment. Conduct conversations from a place of compassion and curiosity.
If your personal beliefs or your past experiences limit your ability to contribute constructively to the conversation, please refrain from commenting on the specific thread and do not engage in ego-based conflicts. If someone’s comment doesn’t resonate, or a conversational thread is no longer serving you, gain value from the posts that offer help and support, and ignore the ones that don’t.
Community Conduct and Breakout Room Rules
In connection with any classes, webinars, breakout rooms, discussion spaces, chat functions, or community features offered through the Platform, you agree to behave respectfully and in a manner that supports the safety and well-being of other participants.
You may not engage in harassment, bullying, intimidation, abuse, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual misconduct, retaliation, stalking, or repeated unwanted interaction of any kind. You may not shame, demean, insult, pressure, manipulate, or target another participant, including on the basis of their personal history, relationships, beliefs, identity, or disclosures made within the Platform.
You may not use the Platform to obtain, store, misuse, or exploit another participant’s personal information or vulnerability. You may not disclose another participant’s private information, statements, identity, or participation outside the Platform without their consent.
If a participant declines contact, does not respond, blocks you, or asks that contact to stop, you must immediately stop all attempts to communicate with that person. Any attempt to bypass a block, use alternate accounts, or contact a participant through other channels is strictly prohibited.
No Solicitation / No Recruiting
You may not use classes, webinars, breakout rooms, or community features to solicit, recruit, market, sell, promote, fundraise, proselytize, seek clients, seek romantic relationships, or direct participants to outside groups, programs, services, or communities, unless expressly authorized by the Platform in writing.
Moderator Authority
Moderators and Platform representatives may, in their sole discretion, monitor, interrupt, redirect, mute, remove, suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in any class, breakout room, event, or community feature where conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, boundary-violating, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the Platform’s community standards.
Reporting and Enforcement
The Platform reserves the right to investigate complaints, review relevant communications or participation records, and take any action it deems appropriate, including warnings, removal from a session, suspension, termination of access, restriction of features, cancellation of membership, or legal reporting where appropriate.
No Right to Continued Access to Any Participant
Your membership or participation in the Platform does not entitle you to continued access to any specific participant, moderator, coach, classmate, or community space. The Platform may restrict interactions or separate participants at any time for safety, conduct, privacy, or operational reasons.
d. Privacy
Please respect the privacy of all members in the group. Do not copy, paste or share any content from the group, outside of it, in any way shape or form. Do not post personal information about another forum participant, this includes identifying any individual by their real name if they have not already done so or providing personal contact information. Do not disclose any personal, sensitive, clinical or confidential information, about yourself or another person, for whom has not authorized you to do so.
